Hua Hin beach
Hua Hin Beach offers a variety of attractions to travelers. In addition to being a clean and comfortable beach, Hua Hin is lined with excellent restaurants that serve authentic Thai food to visitors at a very reasonable price. On weekends and holidays, Hua Hin Beach can be very crowded. However, on weekdays it is easy to find a remote place to enjoy the sand and the sun. There are many attractions on this beach. Jet skiing, water skiing, kitesurfing and horseback riding are just a few of the family activities available to beach goers. Once guests have completed their leisure activities, there are plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy during the afternoon hours.
Located just 7 km south of Hua Hin, visitors will find Khao Takiab Beach. Khao Takiab is less developed than Hua Hin Beach and contributes to a general sense of isolation. This beach is perfect for travelers who want to experience true Thai culture. At one end of the beach is a popular attraction called Monkey Mountain. Here, visitors will find hills overlooking Hua Hin Bay, which is full of hundreds of macaque monkeys. Further up the hill, you will find a magnificent Buddhist temple with many statues and relics. Khao Takiab Beach (Hua Hin)
Suan Son Pradi Fat Beach is probably one of the most fascinating beaches in Hua Hin. This is a private tree-lined beach perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil beach experience with the opportunity to see exotic birds. Approximately 9 kilometers from the city centre, it is a unique place for those who want to spend a relaxing afternoon away from the crowds. Foreign tourists can stand out on this beach as it is a secret protected by the locals.
Khao Tao Beach
Khao Tao Beach is very small compared to other beaches in Hua Hin. However, it is still a great place for a day trip from the city centre. The beach is located in a small cove about 20 kilometers from Hua Hin. Surrounded by rocks on both sides, it is difficult to see up and down on the beach. Khao Tao’s name comes from the hills overlooking the beach. Passing through the top of this hill and through the dense woods, visitors will find an impressive Buddha statue. The geography of this beach gives the impression of secluded peace. Like Suan Son Pradifat Beach, Khao Tao is a great place to visit to experience a calm and uninterrupted day on the beach. In addition, there is a small cabin that provides visitors with the opportunity to have a relaxing massage. Unlike other beaches around Hua Hin, Khao Tao falls quickly, making it one of the best beaches for swimming.
Cha-am Beach
Cha-am Beach is a fascinating and famous destination, crowded with people on weekends. The beach is adjacent to a scenic tree-lined road that stretches for miles in each direction. The atmosphere here is different from Hua Hin beach, but both beaches offer a wide range of activities. Banana boats come and go, providing endless fun to those who go to the beach. In addition, many visitors spend the day enjoying soccer and volleyball. Hundreds of massage shops, cafes, vendors and restaurants line the beach. Cha-am is also known for its excellent Thai food and seafood, just a short walk from the beach. All attractions and activities are concentrated near the beach, making it easier to find a variety of foods than on other beaches. On sunny days, you can see the tallest building in Hua Hin directly from the beach.
